Sometimes the issue is not one issue. Several parts of life are influencing each other.
Integrated Transformation is for situations where confidence, career, relationships, wellbeing, habits or personal direction feel connected — and working on only one part would miss the larger pattern.
This journey is recommended when the work needs more time for patterns to become visible, be tested in real life and be integrated. It is not simply a longer version of the four-session journey.

This journey is for people who are functioning, thinking and trying — but notice that the same underlying pattern keeps appearing in different areas of life.
- My confidence affects the way I make career decisions.
- A relationship pattern is also affecting my wellbeing or sense of direction.
- I understand part of the issue, but it keeps showing up in different forms.
- I am in a meaningful transition and several priorities are changing at once.
- I want enough time to practise, reflect and adjust — not only understand intellectually.
- I want integrated support without being placed into one fixed method.
This may not be the right journey if…
You have one contained issue that can be worked on effectively in a shorter process, or you are looking for a quick answer or a guaranteed result. A longer journey should be chosen because the situation requires depth, not because more sessions sound better.
The 360° Personal Alignment Consultation is designed to help you understand the whole picture before a deeper journey is recommended.
You are not buying 8 conversations. You are entering a structured process.
Across eight sessions, the work moves from mapping the connected areas to identifying core patterns, practising new responses and reviewing what is actually changing. The process remains personalised throughout.
Sessions 1–2 — Map the connected picture
We clarify the important life areas, identify what appears connected and choose the first priorities. This prevents the journey from becoming eight sessions about everything.
Sessions 3–4 — Work with the recurring patterns
We explore the beliefs, behaviours, emotional responses, choices or energy-related observations that seem to influence more than one area.
Sessions 5–6 — Test change in everyday life
You apply agreed practices, actions or observations between sessions. We use what happens in real situations as material for the next stage of the work.
Session 7 — Review what is changing
We examine progress honestly: what feels different, what has not moved, what needs adjustment and what no longer requires attention.
Session 8 — Integrate and decide what continues
We consolidate the learning, strengthen the practices you want to retain and clarify how you want to continue independently.
Not promises. Useful possibilities.
Every person and situation is different. These are the kinds of shifts the journey is designed to support — not guaranteed outcomes.
See the pattern, not only the symptoms
You may gain a clearer understanding of how several areas of life are influencing one another.
Respond with more choice
You may become more aware of your automatic responses and have more options in how you act, communicate or decide.
Create sustainable practices
You may identify approaches that are practical enough to continue after the eight sessions are complete.
Method follows the person.

The right journey is the one that matches what you are actually working through.
| Journey | Best for | Sessions | Typical duration | From |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Focused Breakthrough Journey | One primary area or transition | 4 | 4–6 weeks | ₹24,000 |
| Integrated Transformation Journey | Connected patterns across more than one area | 8 | 8–12 weeks | ₹45,000 |
| Signature Alchemist Journey | Deeper multi-layered work across several areas | 12 | 3–4 months | ₹66,000 |
If one focused area can be supported well in four sessions, there is no reason to choose twelve. If several patterns are connected, a longer container may be more useful.
Questions a thoughtful client may have
Why eight sessions?
Eight sessions create enough space to work with connected patterns, practise between sessions and review progress without assuming you need a very long programme.
Do I need to know whether I want coaching or Reiki?
No. You do not need to choose the method first. We begin with your situation and agree what kind of support is appropriate.
What does between-session support mean?
The scope is agreed at the beginning. It may include brief clarification or check-ins around assigned practices. It is not unlimited on-demand coaching or therapy.
Can the focus change during the journey?
The priorities can be refined if new information emerges, while still staying anchored to the overall purpose of the journey.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. This is a personal development and wellbeing journey using coaching, reflection and agreed complementary practices. It does not replace licensed medical or mental-health care.
If several areas keep pulling on the same thread, work with the thread — not only each symptom.
