What Is a 360° Personal Alignment Consultation?
Use a clarity-first approach when several parts of life feel connected.

The best starting point is not the method with the strongest promise. It is the type of support that matches what you need now.
People often ask me a version of the same question:
Should I take coaching?
Do Reiki?
Join a programme?
Learn something on my own?
Or look at Vaastu?
My answer is usually another question: what do you want to be different after the support?
There are many useful methods. The challenge is not finding another method. It is choosing the kind of support that fits your current need, your life stage and the way you actually want to work.
I find this simple distinction much more useful than debating whether one modality is “better” than another.
Several things feel connected and I am not sure what deserves attention first.
I know what I want to work on and want ongoing support, accountability and review.
I want a skill or practice I can continue independently.
My home or office feels relevant and I want it analysed properly.
If career, confidence, money, relationships, focus or wellbeing all seem to be touching each other, committing immediately to a long programme may not be the best first step.
The 360° Personal Alignment Consultation is designed for this situation. We map what is happening, look for patterns, identify priorities and create a practical way forward. The outcome may be further support — but it may also be a plan you can begin independently.
Some clients already know what they want. They do not need to be forced through the 360° consultation simply because it exists.
If you have one clear priority and want focused support over a few weeks, the Focused Breakthrough Journey may fit. If several connected areas need sustained work, an Integrated Transformation or Signature Alchemist Journey may be more appropriate.
For the longer journeys, I still like to have a brief suitability or onboarding conversation before we formally begin. That is not about creating another hurdle. It is about making sure the level of support matches the need.
Energy practices can support personal reflection, relaxation, self-awareness and a sense of inner practice. I have worked with Reiki and related approaches for many years, but I do not automatically add energy work to every situation.
If it is useful, we use it. If a different approach fits better, we use that. Energy or chakra observations are complementary and non-diagnostic; they are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Live learning is useful when you want direct teaching, guided practice, the ability to ask questions and the structure of learning with a teacher.
Some people also value the sense of connection that comes from learning with others. If that is how you learn best, live Reiki can be the right format.
This is an important path, especially for global clients.
You may be in another country. Your work hours may not match a live batch. You may prefer to pause, repeat a lesson or practise privately. In those situations, recorded learning is not a “second-best” option. It may actually be the format that gives you more consistency.
I want Alchemist Zen to support people who want to learn and become independent, not only people who can attend at a particular time.
If the concern is specifically the space, I would not casually fold a full Vaastu analysis into a personal coaching session. Vaastu is its own pathway and begins with the floor plan, directions, how the space is used and what you want to understand.
The same principle applies here: analyse first, recommend second.
Start with the 360° Personal Alignment Consultation.
Consider the Focused Breakthrough Journey.
Consider the Integrated Transformation or Signature Alchemist Journey.
Choose live Reiki learning.
Choose recorded or self-paced learning.
Begin with Vaastu analysis.
This matters to me.
I do not want lifetime relationships to mean lifetime dependence. A healthy relationship with Alchemist Zen can look very different at different stages of life.
You may work with me now, practise independently for a year, return when something changes, learn Reiki later, use Vaastu when you move to a new home, read a book, take a recorded programme or simply share an article with someone you care about.
Different life stage. Different need. One trusted place to return to.
You do not need to overthink it. The free 20-minute Fit & Direction Call exists only to help you choose between the 360° consultation, Vaastu, live Reiki and recorded learning. It is not a mini coaching or healing session.
Sometimes twenty minutes of direction is all you need to choose the right door.
Use the free 20-minute Fit & Direction Call only to choose the right starting path. If several life areas feel connected and you want a personalised analysis first, explore the 360° Consultation.
