Practice before teaching.
Experience before advice.
Transformation before business.
Poonam Jain’s work today brings together three decades of personal practice, more than twenty-five years of client/student work, professional coaching, Reiki and energy practices, Pyramid Vaastu, writing, speaking and a parallel corporate leadership career.
What began as a personal journey with Reiki gradually expanded into teaching, client work, coaching, writing, leadership, Vaastu and wider transformation work. Each chapter added perspective; the purpose remained helping people move forward with greater clarity, alignment and self-trust.

The next chapter: clearer premium paths for private work, Vaastu, learning and tools.
The range of tools grew. The intention stayed consistent.
What began with Reiki and healing expanded into teaching, coaching, personal development, leadership, writing, speaking and Vaastu. The website does not present these as a long menu that a client has to diagnose for themselves.
Instead, Alchemist Zen uses the depth of that experience to understand the person or space first, and then recommend only what is relevant.
Understand first.
Recommend second.
For private transformation work, the method follows the person. For Vaastu, analysis comes before products. For learning, visitors can clearly choose between live teacher-led Reiki and recorded/self-paced resources.

Alchemist transforms.
Zen aligns.
The name was inspired by the Indian idea of the Paras stone — something whose touch transforms what it comes into contact with into gold. Poonam wanted to be a catalyst who helps people recognise and bring forward the strengths and potential already within them.
Alchemist represents transformation — positive shifts in wellbeing, career/business, relationships, money relationship and personal goals.
Zen represents inner balance, awareness and clarity: moving forward without losing one’s centre.
Nideeshwaram & Alchemist Zen
Nideeshwaram Healing is the heritage root of the journey established in 2000. Alchemist Zen, created in 2014, became the broader transformation brand.
The relaunch does not erase Nideeshwaram. It honours it as the foundation from which Alchemist Zen evolved.
Depth of practice.
Professional rigor.
A human approach.
