By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, making a payment, purchasing a product or participating in an Alchemist Zen service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
Services
Alchemist Zen may offer personal alignment consultations, professional coaching, complementary energy/Reiki practices, private transformation journeys, Reiki learning, workshops, recorded learning, Pyramid Vaastu consultation, physical products, books and digital resources. Availability, format, duration, inclusions and pricing may change from time to time.
Free Fit & Direction Call
The free 20-minute Fit & Direction Call is a brief orientation call designed only to help you understand which Alchemist Zen pathway may be most appropriate. It is not a coaching session, healing session, DOB/chakra analysis, Vaastu consultation or personalised action plan.
360° Personal Alignment Consultation
The 360° Personal Alignment Consultation is a paid professional session. It may combine discussion of goals/challenges with coaching-style inquiry, self-reflection, DOB-based personal insight and complementary energy/chakra perspectives where relevant. The consultation is intended to provide clarity and possible next-step recommendations; it does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Eligibility and minors
You should be at least 18 years old to purchase services directly. A parent or legal guardian must purchase, consent to and appropriately supervise services involving a minor where required.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Online payments may be collected through Instamojo or another approved payment provider. Any applicable taxes, gateway charges, travel, shipping, product, energising or installation charges will be communicated where relevant before purchase or confirmation.
Appointments and punctuality
Please attend scheduled sessions on time and provide accurate booking information. Rescheduling, cancellation and no-show rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund as appropriate.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, making your own decisions, seeking appropriate licensed professionals for medical, psychological, legal, financial, structural or other regulated matters, and using recommendations with reasonable judgement.
Vaastu services
Vaastu recommendations are based on the information, floor plans, directions, images and concerns provided by the client and Poonam’s professional interpretation of Pyramid Vaastu principles. Technology may assist mapping/reporting, but recommendations remain interpretive. Consultation fees, products, energising, installation, shipping/travel and on-site work may be priced separately. Structural alterations, electrical work, construction work and professional architectural/engineering services are outside scope unless separately provided by a qualified third party.
Learning programmes and digital content
Live Reiki training, workshops and recorded programmes are for the enrolled participant only unless expressly stated otherwise. Recorded courses may be hosted on Graphy or another platform and may also be subject to that platform’s terms. Login/access details must not be shared.
Products
Physical products, Pyramid Vaastu tools, crystals and related items may have separate pricing, shipping, energising and installation terms. No product is sold with a guaranteed promise of health, wealth, career, relationship or other life outcome.
Intellectual property
Website copy, programme materials, manuals, videos, meditations, worksheets, graphics, reports, course recordings and other Alchemist Zen content are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use purchased materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, teach from or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Testimonials and examples
Testimonials, stories and examples reflect individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees or representations that another person will achieve the same result.
Third-party services and links
We may link to Instamojo, Graphy, Amazon, WhatsApp, social media, scheduling tools or other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies and availability. Alchemist Zen is not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alchemist Zen will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on complementary wellbeing, coaching, Reiki, Vaastu, digital content or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension or refusal of service
We may refuse or discontinue a service where there is abusive behaviour, non-payment, misuse of materials, repeated no-shows, safety concerns, a conflict of interest, or where the requested matter is outside our professional scope. Where appropriate, unused prepaid amounts will be handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
